Strike Hard! Strike Fast! No Mercy! Sensei John Kreese would be proud of this strong flavored Pale Ale. Scotland, the land of legends and mystery. So along is the Scottish ale… a malt forward ale that compliments a harsh winter with a rugged landscape. “Going Kiltless” (8.5%) ups the ante with a generous addition of malt smoked over cherry wood. Sip this and you may hear whispers of old Gaelic songs of myths and pagan gods.
Biting Beatle Brown 68 IBU 7.5% abv
You’ve got to hear this story…This beer showcases Denfoff Specialty Malt from Two Track Malting company which lends a nutty, roasted whole grain smell with a taste of toast and light chocolate finish. When we selected the log in which our bar tops were made, we unwittingly bought the name of our future Brown Ale. These logs came with a few hitchhikers that seem to like skin…and we hope our beer.

Easy Bay Blonde 24 IBU 5% abv
The blonde is a light and very approachable brew. We however had to push the envelope and brought the IBU’s to the upper limit of what’s to be expected of this style, coming in at 24 IBU’s. The blonde is easy, yet slightly bitter attitude and tastes like a flower. Cascade hops is at the helm with an abundance of dry hopped Azacca. Come meet this Easy Bay Blonde on East Bay Avenue.

The large bill of abbey malt and abundant hop charges will entrance the brave souls who indulge. Start with a visual, flirt with the banana aroma, and then go for a sip…but be careful, you were warned ABV 9%

Peace Pipe Porter 43 IBU 6% abv
A nod to the history of Manahawkin…A traditional dark style of beer originally developed in London in the 18th century, or Porter has a smooth finish and dark notes without any hop aftertaste. Named in honor of the Native American Indians who once resided here, we’d like to think that the Lenni Lenape tribe would have approved.

On Deck Lights on London 27 IBU 6% abv
On DeckCommadore 64 39 IBU 6.5% abv
Otherwise known as Steam beer, is a style of lager fermented in ale like higher temperatures. We used the expected line up of 2 row malt, northern brewers hops, and San Francisco lager yeast, however we took a detour with some chinook hops, rye addition and pale chocolate malt for color.
